Elaine Fahl is the founder of Vera Mortgage, where she leads the brokerage with a relationship-led approach to residential lending. She works closely with clients and professional partners, bringing intention and consistency to every transaction.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and beginning her career in sales, Elaine became a homeowner and real estate investor—experiences that brought her face-to-face with the realities of the lending process. Recognizing the impact that unclear or rushed guidance can have on life-shaping decisions, she became licensed in 2020. As she continued her work within the lending industry, she saw how often speed and volume were prioritized over clarity and care.

That perspective ultimately led Elaine to found Vera Mortgage—built to offer a more intentional, steady alternative to how lending is often done. Today, her work is guided by the conviction that lending should be clear, tailored, and aligned with both immediate needs and long-term goals.

Outside of real estate, Elaine enjoys time with her husband, Sam, and their three boys—often centered around good food and time together.
